I was so close to a story for this project, but the sketches are what happens while I'm busy making other plans. So I'm sketching on as events and ideas present themselves... fireside chats that get out of hand, family extensions, useless yesness again, and getting old ... happily haphazard ... sometimes working on double spreads, I like the space. Some sketches have evolved into bigger pieces for the exhibition; I'm looking forward to the diversity of that show.
