Happy new year, sketchbook blogging peoples! Thought I'd plop up some character sketches. I coloured them up using Gimp Shop which is a nice free lil' photoshop clone. I'd recommend using it if you can't afford Photoshop! Photoshop Elements is also a nice affordable alternative to the full Photoshop package. For me though Gimp Shop is swell!
Anyways, why doesn't someone else plop up some sketcharooneez and give their cartoonist/Illustrator tips? eg: What pens you use, paper, brainstorming process etc...
